Welcome to Agency of Ascension, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our website (www.agencyofascension.com), booking a discovery call, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

Please read them carefully. By accessing this website or working with us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. Any unauthorized use of this site, its content, or its intellectual property may result in legal action.

2. Services & Scope

Agency of Ascension provides media production, video content strategy, social media marketing, advertising, podcast production, photography, and consulting services to conscious entrepreneurs, coaches, and thought leaders.

All service engagements are governed by individual agreements or scopes of work. Services begin upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit.

3. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store or access credit card information directly.

All recurring payments are auto-drafted every 30 days from the initial payment date.

If a recurring payment fails or is not received, we reserve the right to pause or terminate services and cancel the remaining contract.

No refunds are offered for services already rendered. Deposits and service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Content Delivery

Clients can expect content delivery within 7 business days after a shoot, and up to 14 business days for the first delivery of a new project or onboarding.

Once content is delivered, the client has 1 round of revisions per asset unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

Any delays in asset approval or communication from the client may result in a delay of final delivery.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule or cancel a shoot with no penalty if done at least 7 days in advance.

If a cancellation occurs within the 7-day window, the client must reschedule ASAP.

If rescheduling is not possible within the current 30-day cycle, we are not liable for disrupted content flow or engagement.

In such cases, we may recommend batching content (i.e., two months’ worth in one or two sessions) to meet deliverables and keep content timelines on track.

6. Testimonials & Results

All testimonials on our site or marketing materials are authentic, but do not guarantee results. While we aim to increase conversions, visibility, and engagement, we make no guarantees of performance, revenue, or success.

7. Intellectual Property

Client media, assets, and intellectual property remain the property of the client.

We will only use client content for marketing or promotional purposes with written consent (e.g. via media release or contract clause).

All content created by Agency of Ascension is delivered with usage rights for agreed-upon platforms only. Additional usage requires written approval.

8. Confidentiality

All client information, strategies, content, and assets are held in strict confidence and will never be sold or shared with third parties. We will only store and use content as needed to deliver contracted services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Agency of Ascension, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use of our website or services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, brand reputation, or business interruptions.

10. Arbitration Clause

Any legal disputes arising out of these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Boulder County, Colorado, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a court trial or class action.

11. Third-Party Tools

We use third-party platforms to deliver our services, including (but not limited to): Stripe, Google Drive, Frame.io, Calendly, Zoom, and Mailchimp. Your use of our services implies agreement with their respective terms of use.

12. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
